Brendan Venter wants Saracens to work in partnership with the RFU to accelerate the development of England’s next generation.

Brendan Venter has committed Saracens to working in partnership with the Rugby Football Union to accelerate the development of young English talent. Venter met with RFU executive director of performance Conor O'Shea to outline development plans for the club's emerging players.
Saracens plan to provide significant playing time to rising prospects, including 21-year-old lock Olamide Sodeke and 21-year-old wing Angus Hall. The initiative addresses concerns previously raised by O'Shea regarding the difficulty of securing competitive match minutes for promising young players.
