Sacramento Kings center Maxime Raynaud will be re-evaluated in approximately two weeks after suffering a right patellar subluxation, the team announced Sunday. The 23-year-old sustained the knee injury during the second quarter of Saturday night's preseason contest against the Golden State Warriors.
Raynaud earned second-team All-Rookie honors last season, averaging 12.5 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 1.4 blocks across 74 games. With starting center Domantas Sabonis anchoring the position, Sacramento is expected to lean on reserve big men Precious Achiuwa and Dylan Cardwell while Raynaud remains sidelined.
