Captain Shreyas Iyer was all praise for the manner in which his bowlers executed their plans in Indore.

India captain Shreyas Iyer praised his bowling attack for decisive plan execution following a 14-run victory over the West Indies in Indore. Defending a target of 224, the Indian bowlers held off a strong pursuit to secure a 2-1 lead in the five-match T20I series. Iyer highlighted the team's visible clarity and readiness for challenges following a difficult defeat in the previous fixture.
Earlier in the match, India built their total on a rapid 69 off 30 balls from Abhishek Sharma and 37 off 18 from Ishan Kishan, who shared a 108-run partnership. Despite a middle-order collapse after their dismissals, a late cameo from Prince Yadav helped post a competitive score that the bowling unit successfully defended.
