Toronto Blue Jays first baseman Vladimir Guerrero Jr. underwent laser vision correction surgery during the offseason at the Laser Eye Center of Miami. The procedure follows a challenging 2026 campaign that marked the worst statistical season of the 27-year-old's major league career.
Guerrero batted .260 with nine home runs and 57 RBIs across 144 games as the Blue Jays finished last in the AL East with a 79-83 record. His season also included his first career injured list stint after sustaining a concussion in August.
