Michael Kenrick addressed ongoing technical issues with ToffeeWeb's newly adopted Arena Live Forum and comment platform following its debut during the Hull City match. Readers and staff voiced widespread frustration over the software's usability and default settings.
Key issues highlighted by Kenrick include comments defaulting to a 'Best' algorithm rather than chronological order, lack of text formatting, small fixed windows, and slow loading times. Arena informed the site that requested changes require review across multiple shared partners, causing delays.
