FC Augsburg midfielder Robin Fellhauer set a new Bundesliga record by scoring the fastest goal in league history against Bayern Munich. Fellhauer found the net just 8.4 seconds into the Bavarian derby on Saturday.
The goal came after Luis Díaz passed back to Bayern goalkeeper Manuel Neuer, whose chipped clearance hit Fellhauer and allowed him to finish into an empty net. Fellhauer broke the previous nine-second record jointly held by Kevin Volland and Karim Bellarabi.
