Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams is expected to return in Week 6 against the Atlanta Falcons, according to NFL insider Ian Rapoport. Williams missed the previous three games due to a right hamstring injury suffered against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 2. He returned to practice and completed a strenuous pregame workout prior to Chicago's Week 5 matchup.
The Bears posted a 2-1 record during Williams' absence, utilizing backup quarterbacks Tyson Bagent and Case Keenum. Following a 31-7 loss to the Green Bay Packers in Week 5 where both backup quarterbacks struggled, Williams is expected to step back in as Chicago's starting quarterback.
