Former Newcastle United co-owner Amanda Staveley is among the names being discussed as a potential buyer for Everton after The Friedkin Group opened the door to a sale. Investment bank Moelis & Company has been appointed to handle the investment process, though there is currently no evidence that Staveley has formally approached the club or its representatives.
The Friedkin Group confirmed it is exploring investment options, including a potential sale of its controlling interest, with reports valuing Everton at around £800 million, including roughly £380 million in debt. While other past suitors like Andy Bell and George Downing have been mentioned, no formal bidders have been confirmed yet.
