Josh Lindeman of Manchester High School Named the Detroit Lions High School Football Coach of the Week – Week 7

The Detroit Lions have selected Josh Lindeman of Manchester High School as the High School Football Coach of the Week for Week 7. Lindeman guided the Flying Dutchmen to a victory over the Vandercook Lake Jayhawks on October 9, improving their record to 6-1. The team is set to face Hanover-Horton on October 17 for the Cascades Conference Championship.

Now in his 22nd year of high school coaching and third season as Manchester's head coach, Lindeman holds an 84-57 career record while also serving as the school's principal and athletic director. His selection earns Manchester's football program a $1,000 donation and a certificate signed by Lions head coach Dan Campbell and NFL commissioner Roger Goodell.
