Juventus had to settle for a frustrating 1-1 draw away against Cagliari in Serie A…

Juventus were held to a frustrating 1-1 draw against Cagliari in Serie A, dominating 70% of possession and generating 21 shots but managing only one goal. Daniel Maldini opened the scoring for Cagliari in the 20th minute before Kolo Muani equalized in the 81st minute. Following the final whistle, Juventus manager Luciano Spalletti and Cagliari coach Fabio Pisacane were both sent off after an altercation during their post-match handshake.
The draw highlighted ongoing struggles for Juventus, who managed to put only 10 of their 21 attempts on target against Cagliari's disciplined defense. Spalletti has also faced criticism regarding the club's away form in the 2026-27 season, having earned just four points from a possible nine on the road compared to seven points at home.
