The Washington Commanders may have reached a breaking point at the end of overtime last week against the New York Giants.

ESPN analyst Ben Solak and Green Bay Packers edge-rusher Micah Parsons have suggested Washington Commanders head coach Dan Quinn could soon lose his job following a Week 5 overtime tie with the New York Giants. The criticism focuses heavily on quarterback Jayden Daniels, who took a late sack without timeouts remaining and failed to spike the ball for a potentially game-winning field goal attempt.
Parsons argued on his podcast that Daniels' critical late-game mistake likely cost Quinn and other members of the coaching staff their positions. Quinn currently holds an 18-20-1 record across his three seasons in Washington, having gone 6-15-1 over his last 22 games after leading the team to the NFC Championship Game in his debut season.
