Huddersfield Giants sign Newcastle Knights winger Logan Aoake on a two-year deal.

Huddersfield Giants have completed the signing of Newcastle Knights winger Logan Aoake on a two-year permanent contract. The 21-year-old outside back joins the Super League side after scoring 16 tries across 37 appearances in the New South Wales Cup. Huddersfield recently finished 12th in the 2026 Super League standings under head coach Jim Lenihan.
Director of rugby Andy Kelly noted that Aoake provides valuable versatility on the wing or in the center following the exits of Taane Milne and Jacob Gagai. Kelly explained that while Aoake faced limited first-team opportunities at Newcastle behind Dominic Young and Greg Marzhew, the Giants believe he is ready to step up in Super League.
