How the Middlesbrough players rated against Stoke City as they won 3-2

Craig Johns delivered his Middlesbrough player ratings following a dramatic 3-2 victory against Stoke City. After a scoreless first half, Callum Brittain opened the scoring for Boro before a Borges own goal quickly leveled the match. Will Lankshear subsequently restored Boro's lead with his tenth goal of the season, and despite Stoke equalizing late, Borges scored a stoppage-time winner to redeem himself and secure the win.
Johns selected Borges as man of the match, praising his resilience after the own goal and his decisive late finish. Brittain was commended for scoring his first Boro goal, while Lankshear earned credit for his sharp attacking instincts. Substitutes Riley McGree and Tommy Conway also contributed positively off the bench to help Boro claim all three points.
