Carl Froch has backed Daniel Dubois to defeat Fabio Wardley again in their upcoming heavyweight rematch at London's O2 Arena. Speaking on his YouTube channel, Froch stated that Dubois holds an extra ten percent advantage over Wardley and predicted another stoppage victory due to Dubois's high confidence and superior stamina shown late in their previous encounter.
In their first meeting in May, Dubois survived two early knockdowns in rounds one and three before rallying to stop Wardley in the 11th round to capture the WBO world title. Froch highlighted the heavy damage Wardley sustained during that initial bout as a key reason for favoring the 29-year-old champion in the rematch.
