Philadelphia Eagles defensive coordinator Vic Fangio did confirm that Jeremiah Trotter Jr. will rotate with Jihaad Campbell at linebacker as fans wanted.

Philadelphia Eagles defensive coordinator Vic Fangio confirmed that linebackers Jihaad Campbell and Jeremiah Trotter Jr. will rotate starting in Week 6 against the Carolina Panthers. The planned rotation was originally slated for Week 5 against the Jacksonville Jaguars, but Trotter was ejected on the opening kickoff following a scuffle with Bryan Thomas Jr.
Inside the Iggles writer Anthony Miller argues that the rotation is overdue because Campbell has struggled significantly in coverage this season. Miller contends that Trotter should split defensive snaps with Campbell and play in passing situations, while Zack Baun handles nearly all remaining linebacker snaps.
