In latest installment of Fanchise series, Neffs celebrate blessings

Arizona Cardinals fans Stephen Neff Sr. and Steve Neff Jr. bonded over football while both overcoming life-threatening battles with cancer. Steve Jr. overcame testicular cancer diagnosed as a high school senior before later serving as an Army Ranger. Nearly two decades later, Steve Sr. surpassed a six-month terminal prognosis after being diagnosed with internal melanoma, successfully entering remission through experimental immunotherapy.
The father and son have maintained season tickets for decades, using Cardinals games as a vital source of comfort during health hardships. During the NFL's Crucial Catch game against the Lions, Steve Jr., now a Tempe police officer assigned to a U.S. Marshals task force, was honored on the video board alongside his father.
