Billy Heyen of Heavy reports that the New Orleans Saints appear to have shifted their running back hierarchy by elevating Kendre Miller over veteran Alvin Kamara heading into Week 6 against the New York Giants. With Travis Etienne sidelined on injured reserve due to a hamstring injury, Miller led the backfield in touches during Week 5 against the Minnesota Vikings, finishing with 10 carries for 30 yards and a touchdown.
