The family of the late boxing icon Ricky Hatton are demanding answers after his reported £40 million fortune has allegedly become inaccessible. Hatton passed away in September 2025 without leaving a will, leading to major complications regarding the distribution of his estate. His 25-year-old son Campbell and father Ray expressed growing frustration over a severe lack of transparency surrounding the assets.

Most of Hatton's wealth is reportedly held in the Dorothy Hatton Discretionary Trust, managed by former secretary Catherine Lomas and former legal adviser Paul Dodds. Campbell revealed that the trustees have blocked his calls and redirected communications to law firm Muckle. Lomas defended their position, stating trust administration is a private matter while rejecting criticism.
