By the end of Monday, teams have to be down to 15 contracts on the roster, these teams still have more.

The Los Angeles Lakers, Milwaukee Bucks, and Memphis Grizzlies are exploring potential trades to trim their rosters ahead of opening night, according to reporter Jake Fischer. NBA rules require franchises to carry no more than 15 guaranteed contracts by Tuesday's tip-off, leaving all three organizations currently over the allowable limit.
The Lakers are reportedly seeking a two-for-one trade involving players such as Jarred Vanderbilt, Jaden Hardy, or Dalton Knecht, though Knecht could be waived if no deal materializes. Meanwhile, Memphis may part ways with Kris Murray and Micah Peavy, while Milwaukee faces tough decisions involving Pete Nance and veteran Caris LeVert.
