New Zealand fast-bowling legend Tim Southee feels that India will be bolstered by Bhuvneshwar, whom he believes will make a big impact against the Black Caps.

Former New Zealand captain Tim Southee believes Indian fast bowler Bhuvneshwar Kumar will make a major impact in the upcoming five-match T20I series starting October 22. The 36-year-old seamer is returning to India's national squad after a four-year absence, having last played for India in New Zealand in November 2022.
Southee praised Kumar's control with the new ball, death-bowling ability, and veteran experience, noting that spring conditions in New Zealand should offer assistance. Kumar earned his recall after strong IPL performances, taking 45 wickets across the last two editions to lead the charts.
