Will Wright on Liverpool future, learning from Alexander Isak and what Andoni Iraola has told him

Liverpool academy forward Will Wright discussed his first-team ambitions, learning from Alexander Isak, and adapting to manager Andoni Iraola's tactics following a 4-2 UEFA Youth League victory over LASK. Wright scored a second-half hat-trick as Liverpool under-19s recovered from a two-goal deficit, taking his tally to nine goals in eight academy matches this season.

Wright highlighted Iraola's tactical emphasis on pressing and energy across all levels of the squad, noting he uses the first-team breakthrough of Lewis Koumas as inspiration. Academy coach Rob Page praised Wright's leadership and work ethic, alongside 15-year-old Luca Eden, who became the club's youngest UEFA Youth League goalscorer during the comeback.
