FC Bayern vs. RB Leipzig preview: Can Bayern silence the doubters before Arsenal showdown?

Bayern Munich host RB Leipzig in Saturday's Bundesliga matchday 6 clash at the Allianz Arena, seeking to rebound before their Champions League fixture against Arsenal. Vincent Kompany's side remain unbeaten across all competitions this season but enter the contest following consecutive draws against Augsburg and Viking FK. Leipzig arrive fifth in the table under manager Martin Demichelis, trailing Bayern by two points after recent victories over Eintracht Frankfurt and PSV Eindhoven.

Bayern hold a dominant home record this league campaign, winning all three matches with 17 goals scored. Jamal Musiala remains sidelined with a thigh injury and goalkeeper Manuel Neuer is doubtful, while Leipzig will be without Christoph Baumgartner, Assan Ouedraogo, and Marc Guiu.
