The Houston Texans have officially ruled out running back David Montgomery and safety Jalen Pitre for their Week 6 matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars in London. Head coach DeMeco Ryans confirmed that Montgomery is week-to-week after sustaining a groin injury during Week 5 against the Tennessee Titans. Rookie running back Woody Marks is expected to step into the primary backfield role in Montgomery's absence, while wide receiver Tank Dell was also ruled out as he remains in his practice window.

Montgomery joined Houston after previously playing for the Chicago Bears and Detroit Lions, who traded him to the Texans in exchange for offensive lineman Juice Scruggs and draft picks.
