Farai Hallam will be the man in the middle for Ipswich Town's trip to Manchester City in the Premier League tomorrow. Ross Halls takes a closer look at the referee…
Referee Farai Hallam will officiate Ipswich Town's upcoming Premier League fixture against Manchester City. Hallam previously refereed Ipswich during their 2-1 opening day victory over Sunderland at Portman Road in August under Gary O'Neil, which marked one of only four Ipswich Town matches he has overseen in his career.
The Surrey official has taken charge of just one previous Manchester City game, a 2-0 win against Wolves in January 2026. Hallam has officiated seven games across all competitions this season, issuing 27 yellow cards, no red cards, and awarding one penalty.
