Rams cornerback Jaylen Watson recorded his first interception with Los Angeles on Monday Night Football, two weeks removed from dislocating his shoulder.

Los Angeles Rams safety Jaylen Watson overcame a dislocated shoulder suffered in Week 3 to secure his first interception as a Ram in Week 5 against the Buffalo Bills. Watson sat out Week 4 against the Philadelphia Eagles to recover before returning to action wearing a shoulder harness. During the second quarter, he intercepted an underthrown pass from Bills quarterback Josh Allen intended for Keon Coleman.
Along with his first-half interception, Watson recorded two passes defended to bring his season total to five. Rams head coach Sean McVay praised Watson's physical and mental toughness following the performance. Watson was subsequently removed from the injury report ahead of the Rams' upcoming matchup against the Arizona Cardinals.
