DALLAS — Marcus Sasser will make his preseason debut Friday night when the Dallas Mavericks close their exhibition schedule against the Atlanta Hawks at American Airlines Center, Mavericks coach Dusty May said before the game.
Marcus Sasser and rookie Morez Johnson Jr. will return to action for the Dallas Mavericks in their preseason finale against the Atlanta Hawks on Friday. Head coach Dusty May confirmed Sasser's Mavericks preseason debut following a left adductor injury, while Johnson returns after missing two games due to right shin splints.
Meanwhile, four Mavericks players remain sidelined for the contest at American Airlines Center. Max Christie will sit alongside Tarik Biberović, who has right heel bursitis, while Santi Aldama and Dereck Lively II remain out as they recover from knee and foot surgeries.
