The Jets will be without two important offensive playmakers against New England, but the return of a promising young rookie provides some much-needed optimism.

The New York Jets will be without running back Breece Hall and wide receiver AD Mitchell for their Week 6 AFC East matchup against the New England Patriots. Hall was ruled out due to a lingering quad injury suffered in Week 3, while Mitchell will miss the contest with a finger injury. Both players represent major absences for New York's offense heading into the divisional road clash.
However, the Jets received a boost with rookies Omar Cooper Jr. and Kenyon Sadiq being cleared to play. Cooper returns after suffering an ankle sprain in Week 1, while Sadiq was cleared quickly from concussion protocol. Meanwhile, Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel announced a decision on wide receiver AJ Brown's availability will be finalized on Saturday.
