Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts and running back Saquon Barkley have officially been ruled out for their upcoming game against the Carolina Panthers. According to ESPN reporter Adam Schefter, neither offensive star practiced during the week leading up to the matchup. Running back Will Shipley has also been ruled out alongside them for head coach Nick Sirianni's squad.
Hurts is sidelined due to a blood clot issue, which opens the door for backup Tanner McKee to make his third career NFL start. Running back Dameon Pierce enters the game healthy as the Eagles prepare to face a Carolina team riding a three-game winning streak.
