Mike Tyson is known for his love of pigeons almost as much as he’s known for biting a chunk out of Evander Holyfield’s ear. So marketers must have thought they were on to something when they pitched an advertising campaign…

Mike Tyson and his promotional company, Tyrannic, are facing a $2 million lawsuit filed by Medier Ltd, the operator of online gambling platform Rabona. The legal dispute stems from the breakdown of a 2024 sponsorship agreement, with Medier alleging that Tyson failed to fulfill agreed commitments. Medier claims that Tyson lost interest in the partnership following the scheduling of his 2024 boxing match against Jake Paul.
Tyson's legal defense contends that Medier committed the initial breach by demanding appearances beyond the agreed scope. The disputed campaign, titled "Talking Pigeons," allegedly required Tyson to interact with an actor dressed as a pigeon and punch a dummy bearing Evander Holyfield's likeness. Tyrannic had reportedly received nearly $190,000 of the deal before relations ceased.
