The Milwaukee Bucks announced on October 17, 2026, that they have requested waivers on forward Pete Nance and big men Johni Broome and Jake Stephens. The move represents the team's initial step toward trimming its roster to the required 15 standard contracts ahead of the October 19 deadline.
Nance, who held a non-guaranteed contract, played 47 games for Milwaukee last season, while Broome and Stephens appeared briefly in preseason action after signing autumn deals. General Manager Jon Horst and the Bucks still need to eliminate one more standard contract from their current 16-man roster.
