Arsenal are reportedly lining up a permanent transfer for Juventus winger Kenan Yildiz to provide competition on the left wing for Christos Tzolis. According to reports from Corriere dello Sport and SunSport, manager Mikel Arteta is targeting the 21-year-old Turkey international to strengthen his squad after losing Leandro Trossard and Gabriel Martinelli during the previous summer transfer window.
Juventus reportedly value Yildiz at £85 million, and the Italian club remains in a strong negotiating position after extending his contract until 2030 earlier in the year. Arsenal, who signed Tzolis from Club Brugge for £34 million, could also face competition from Real Madrid, who have continued to monitor the winger.
