Hanno Balitsch’s side recorded a win and two draws in the extended international break in their preparation for next month’s Euros qualifiers.

Germany U19 concluded their extended international break in Spain with an unbeaten record following a 1-1 draw against Czechia. Alexander Staff scored his first goal at the U19 level from a first-half penalty kick, while Idris Hopi netted the second-half equalizer for Czechia. The result wrapped up a three-game run for Hanno Balitsch's side that included one win and two draws.
Prior to the draw with Czechia, Germany opened their camp with a goalless stalemate against Ukraine and secured a 2-1 victory over Finland courtesy of Noah Ringbeck's brace. Germany will now prepare to face Lithuania, Portugal, and Sweden when the second round of U19 European Championship qualifiers begins in November.
