Borussia Mönchengladbach striker and captain Tim Kleindienst cut his training session short on Tuesday due to discomfort during warm-ups. The injury scare comes ahead of Gladbach's upcoming Bundesliga fixture against local rivals 1. FC Köln on Sunday.
New Gladbach head coach Alexander Blessin told Sport1 that removing Kleindienst from practice was a precautionary measure for an apparent muscular issue. The match against Köln marks Blessin's first game in charge of the club, which has lost its opening four Bundesliga matches.
