The BVB slip up, again!

Borussia Dortmund dropped points in the Bundesliga for the second consecutive match following a 0-0 draw against Union Berlin. The visitors struggled to create chances throughout the contest, failing to register a shot on target in the first half and generating an expected goals (xG) figure of only 0.17 before the break against a defensively vulnerable Union Berlin side.
The disappointing result was compounded by an ankle injury to Konstantinos Karetsas, who had to be guided off the pitch midway through the second half. Following his substitution, 17-year-old Mathis Albert and fellow substitute Fabio Silva provided late attacking impetus, but Dortmund were unable to find a winning goal.
