The Middlesbrough boss has now had more time to assess summer signing Max Arfsten

Middlesbrough manager Kim Hellberg has stated that summer signing Max Arfsten will not be confined to a single fixed role. Having previously noted that he needed time to get to know the versatile American, Hellberg now views Arfsten primarily as a fluid wide player capable of operating across several attacking and defensive positions.
Arfsten, who joined Boro from MLS side Columbus Crew, has featured in nine matches this season as a full-back, wing-back, and forward. Hellberg emphasized that Arfsten's versatility allows the team to adapt its tactical structure depending on specific match demands and opposition threats.
