Former EFL player Sam Parkin expressed concern regarding Queens Park Rangers' attacking depth despite their strong start to the Championship season. QPR currently sit in sixth place with 13 points after eight matches following a 2-2 draw with Preston North End, where Kwame Poku and Paul Smyth scored. Speaking on the Benjamin Bloom YouTube channel, Parkin questioned whether the team possesses enough goalscorers to support forward Rumarn Burrell.
Burrell has scored twice this term after recording 10 goals in the previous campaign following his move from Burton Albion. Striker Richard Kone has sustained an injury while playing for the development squad, leaving manager Julien Stephan with limited natural options up front alongside Alfie Lloyd.
