Preston North End manager Graham Alexander has challenged his squad to make positive choices as they prepare to host Southampton at Deepdale. Preston currently sits at the bottom of the Championship table, having accumulated only five points from their first 14 matches of the campaign.
Alexander emphasized that making strong choices gives players control over their destiny and stressed the importance of building confidence throughout daily training. He also revealed that a group of senior players volunteered to report for extra training sessions on scheduled days off to help turn the team's season around.
