Saints Women goalkeeper Moloney called up to Ireland squad for World Cup play-offs

Southampton Women goalkeeper Grace Moloney has been named in the Republic of Ireland squad for their upcoming World Cup qualifying play-offs against Kazakhstan. Ireland will play the first leg in Astana on October 9 before returning home to host the second leg in Cork on October 13.

The winner will face either Belgium or Poland for a spot at the Women's World Cup in Brazil. Moloney joined Southampton from Sunderland during the summer and has started all four matches for manager Simon Parker's unbeaten side.
