What they’re saying in Spain about Adama Boiro’s bizarre West Ham situation

Spanish media report that neither West Ham United nor Athletic Club wants left-back Adama Boiro on their squad for the remainder of the season. Boiro joined West Ham on a loan deal with an option to buy, but manager Nuno Espirito Santo considers him fourth in the pecking order behind Morato, Ollie Scarles, and Ezra Mayers. Consequently, the Hammers are reportedly seeking to terminate his temporary contract early.

According to Spanish outlet Bilbao Hiria, Athletic Club coach Edin Terzic also has no interest in reintegrating Boiro into his squad if he returns to San Mames. If the loan is cut short, the Basque club would need to find him another team during the winter transfer window to secure regular playing time.
