Now in its sixth year, the independent survey aims to gather feedback across domestic sport to identify accessibility barriers and areas where clubs, venues, and governing bodies can improve.
This year's survey focuses specifically on accessible seating and Personal Assistant or Companion ticket provision. It also examines broader topics including physical stadium access, travel arrangements, ticketing processes, staff support, and overall matchday experiences, with all responses submitted directly to the charity.
