Wolves Wishes grant young fan’s dream with Beverley Knight meet-and-greet

Alfred, an 11-year-old Wolverhampton Wanderers fan diagnosed with Neurofibromatosis Type 1, was granted a private performance from singer Beverley Knight through the Wolves Wishes initiative. Despite undergoing at least 11 surgeries for his condition, Alfred recently began his studies at Wombourne High School.

Alfred's parents, Catherine and Darren Hickman, are longtime Wolves supporters who met while working at the club. Catherine previously worked in the Wolves press office and as the club's first videographer, notably covering their 2003 play-off final victory.
