Four Wrexham stars nominated for award after stunning September winning run

Wrexham AFC Women have shortlisted Natasha Thomas, Katie Barker, Maria Francis-Jones, and Lili Jones for their September Player of the Month award. The nominations follow a flawless month in the Genero Adran Premier, featuring four consecutive wins over Aberystwyth Town, Cardiff City, Barry Town United, and Briton Ferry Llansawel. Supporters can vote for the winner until voting closes at midday on Friday.

Both Thomas and Barker recorded seven league goals during September, scoring in every fixture and each claiming a hat-trick in the 8-1 victory over Briton Ferry. Francis-Jones and Jones also earned nominations after scoring in back-to-back games, including the 7-0 victory against Barry Town United, with Jones compiling five total goal contributions.
