Wrexham co-chairmen Reynolds and Mac front new Nex playground ad

Wrexham AFC co-chairmen Ryan Reynolds and Rob Mac have starred in a new commercial for active play system Nex Playground. Created alongside Reynolds' production company Maximum Effort, the comedic advert features the duo conducting a mock player interview alongside Wrexham players Josh Windass and Ben Sheaf.

The commercial marks their first promotional appearance for Nex since Wrexham AFC announced a partnership with the brand earlier this year. In the spot, the co-chairmen jokingly scout a young Nex Playground player instead of a traditional footballer, timed ahead of Sonic Forces launching on the platform's Play Pass on October 7.
