JENNY SUGARMAN hailed her Wrexham players for the way they bounced back from their first defeat of the season.
Wrexham head coach Jenny Sugarman praised her squad after they rebounded from their first defeat of the season with an emphatic 8-1 victory over Swansea City. Following a recent 4-3 loss to title rivals The New Saints, Wrexham took control of the match early and led by three goals at halftime before sealing the dominant away win.
Faye Knox and Katie Barker each scored hat-tricks, with Lili Jones and Mikayla Wildgoose also finding the net. The victory leaves Wrexham three points behind league leaders The New Saints as they prepare for an upcoming home fixture against Cardiff Met.
