Phil Parkinson admits Wrexham face an anxious wait over Callum O'Hare's fitness after the midfielder's injury proved more serious than first thought.
Wrexham manager Phil Parkinson confirmed the club faces an anxious wait over Callum O'Hare after the midfielder's injury proved more serious than first thought. O'Hare initially felt discomfort following a 2-0 defeat to Blackburn Rovers but was forced to sit out Wrexham's 1-0 loss to his former club Sheffield United due to persistent pain.
In positive news for Wrexham, Max Cleworth and George Thomason returned to action as substitutes at Bramall Lane following their respective injury absences. Parkinson stated he will manage minutes carefully alongside midfielder Ben Sheaf ahead of Wednesday's home match against league leaders Middlesbrough.
