James McCarron spoke publicly for the first time since joining Leicester City

Leicester City technical director James McCarron has explained that the club appointed manager Russell Martin because of his league experience and distinct possession-based tactical style. Despite a difficult start to the League One campaign that left Leicester in 17th place after a 3-1 defeat to Peterborough United, McCarron expressed complete confidence in Martin's approach.
Speaking to BBC Radio Leicester, McCarron asked for patience, pointing out that the squad underwent 30 transfers during the summer. He emphasized that Martin's focus on controlling possession and dominating territory with intensity will lead to long-term success once the newly assembled squad settles.
