Leicester City are looking for a Head of Football Insights to join them

Leicester City have begun actively recruiting for a new Head of Football Insights role to work within their football department at Seagrave. The successful candidate will lead the Football Insights Department and directly support Manager Russell Martin and Sporting Director James McCarron by providing objective, data-driven analysis to inform key football decisions.
The position will integrate performance analysis, data science, and recruitment metrics into strategic operations. This recruitment follows a significant summer overhaul at the King Power Stadium under McCarron and Chief Football Officer Jon Rudkin, which included hiring Martin and signing 16 players following relegation to League One.
