The Owls have a new coaching team…

New Sheffield Wednesday manager Dave Challinor has detailed the specific responsibilities of his coaching staff following their arrivals at Hillsborough. Clint Hill and Anthony Sweeney, who previously worked alongside Challinor at Stockport County, have joined the club. Challinor explained that the game is split into six areas, with Hill and Sweeney each taking responsibility for three areas according to their expertise.
Hill will place a significant focus on developing Sheffield Wednesday's defenders individually and as a unit. Meanwhile, Matt Hamshaw will remain part of the first-team coaching setup to oversee set-pieces, while Andy Holdsworth and Giles Coke continue their respective development roles.
