Haaland was hurt during the closing stages of Saturday’s win over Ipswich while Antoine Semenyo also picked up an injury

Manchester City manager Enzo Maresca announced that Erling Haaland could be available for the upcoming Champions League clash with AEK Athens following an injury scare. Haaland picked up a knock during a challenge with Jack Clarke late in Saturday's victory over Ipswich Town, where the striker scored two goals. Maresca confirmed that the forward will be evaluated during training before a final decision is made.
Meanwhile, City winger Antoine Semenyo has been ruled out for approximately eight weeks due to a collateral lower-leg issue suffered in the same fixture. Maresca noted that scans revealed the Ghanaian's injury was less severe than initially feared, and he anticipates Semenyo's return to the squad around December.
