Scotland icon on the ‘complete package’ No.9 who Sebastien Pocognoli has to start

Former Scotland international Don Hutchison believes striker Kieron Bowie should start for new manager Sebastien Pocognoli in the upcoming Nations League match against Slovenia. Pocognoli selected four forwards for his squad ahead of the Group B1 fixture at the Stozice Stadium in Ljubljana, calling up Bowie, Hull City forward Oli McBurnie, Sevilla striker Robbie Ure, and Hearts teenager James Wilson.

Bowie, who joined Italian club Sassuolo on loan from Hellas Verona, has earned two caps for Scotland. With Che Adams, Lyndon Dykes, and Lawrence Shankland omitted due to injuries or form, Hutchison endorsed Bowie ahead of the other attacking options.
